Colombia

Colombian Arabica beans provide the clean, vibrant foundation of the blend, bringing gentle fruit notes and a crisp finish that lifts the entire cup.

Brazil

Brazilian beans contribute natural sweetness, soft caramel flavours and a smooth creamy body that makes every cup wonderfully easy to drink.

Honduras

High-grown Honduran coffee introduces delicate acidity and additional complexity, helping create a lively yet refined character.

Uganda

A carefully selected proportion of Ugandan Robusta gives the blend additional body, richness and a satisfying caffeine lift without overpowering the more delicate flavours.

Roast Profile

Breakfast is roasted lighter than most traditional espresso blends, allowing the natural characteristics of each origin to shine through.

The beans spend approximately 15–16 minutes in the roaster at carefully controlled temperatures of around 200°C, producing a roast level of 2 out of 5. This lighter roast preserves the coffee's natural sweetness while highlighting its subtle fruit notes and clean finish.

Every batch is carefully monitored throughout the roasting process to ensure complete consistency, allowing each origin to contribute exactly the flavours the blend was designed to showcase.
